The cyclic force for fatigue test is provided with the help of actuators. BTCG has a separate hydraulic equipment room in which hydraulic power pack is commissioned. Hydraulic power system has capacity of delivering 1300 lpm with a pressure of 210 bar. This system includes hydraulic distribution manifold, control panel for supply and control of pressurized oil to hydraulic actuators. The hydraulic system is connected to closed loop cooling system to maintain oil temperature at operational level. This unit is linked with supervisory control and data acquisition system that monitors, controls and measures test parameters.
