Near resonance fatigue test is performed in dual axial modes.

A hydraulic system is used to apply load through two actuators on the blade in horizontal and vertical direction simultaneously. The actuator can apply load up to 130 KN at the speed of 0.7 Hz. The system is fully automated with PLCs controls and the central controller. The data from load cells, wire transducers and strain gauges is acquired through the "Data Acquisition" system for post processing.
